You MUST apply for a VISA
before leaving your country
Migratory Status: Residencia Transitoria Especial
(for the period of study)
You must obtain a visa in the Argentine consulate in the country of your place of residence.
At the time of submitting your application as an international student, you must email us the following information (internacional@salvador.edu.ar):
- Completed and signed Información previa para solicitar la visa Form
- Copy of valid passport
You must check with the consulate in the jurisdiction of your home state/country for a complete list of required documents. The following is a list of the documentation that students may be asked to submit during the visa application process:
- A report of good conduct of the country of residence and from the countries where you have lived in the last FIVE (5) years. This document has to be legalized by the Argentine consulate or certified with the Apostille of the Hague. In the case that the country does not issue such a certificate, a consular note stating this fact must be submitted.
- Proof of Spanish proficiency
- Affidavit of support (including housing). If housing is provided by a third party, it should be declared at the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones upon arrival.
